AARC Group Run

We had such a nice time out on the Heart of Iowa Trail last weekend, that a few of us are planning a repeat visit next Saturday.  Those of us looking for 18 miles will be starting at the Huxley Shelter (S. Main and Railway) at 6:30am and we’ll meet up with folks looking for ~10 miles in Cambridge at Cambridge Park (3rd and River) at ~7:10am and continue on taking in the pretty section of the trail between Cambridge and Maxwell.  We’ll have water stops in Cambridge and at 630th, but I’d recommend a handheld or water belt since it will be a hot!
