January Frozen Foot Run

New Years Day Frozen Foot Run Fellow runners, the day is almost here. Our annual New Years Day run will start at Romans home this year. (3720 Jewell Dr. – Ames) We will start at 9:00 am and usually there are at least two groups running different distances so you can run as much or as little as you like. Be sure you allow time to enjoy the fellowship after the run and please remember to bring a few dollars to contribute for the post-run food and your 2015 AARC dues. ($10 per household) See you there!!
